Job Title : Communications Network Manager
Location : SAN ANTONIO, TX 78201
Minimum Clearance Level : TS/SCI plus Full-Scope Polygraph (Lifestyle)
Job Description :
Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot and/or evaluate hardware, software, and other network related problems. Provide Technical expertise for performance and/or configuration of the global networks and systems.
Perform general LAN/CAN/WAN administration.
Provide technical leadership in the integration and test of complex, large scale computer- integrated networks. Schedule conversions and cutovers. Responsible for monitoring, tracking and evaluating global Information Technology Infrastructure incidents.
Oversee network control center and supervise the maintenance of systems and coordinate with all responsible users and sites.
Requirements:
Security+ certification required
CCNA or CCNP Certification and Cisco and/or Foundry experience in switching and enterprise networks. Shall have a solid understanding of IP management (DHCPIDNS) and long-haul communications.
At least 9 years hands-on experience with a High School Diploma or 7 years hands-on experience with an Associate's Degree or 5 years hands-on experience with a Bachelors Degree or 3 years hands-on experience with a Masters Degree.
