Description:
Telesales appointment professional to needed to provide lead generation for the Defense and Intelligence markets and to schedule appointments for our sales staff. We are a rapidly growing job board for Defense and Intelligence professionals that offer traditional job posting and resume search services as well as boutique one-on-one assistance program aiding our customers with challenging recruiting requirements.
Required Skills:
- Previous telephone sales for Advertising, Subscription Services, Recruiting Services or Job Boards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills including email, web searching and data entry skills.
- Must type proficiently
- Experience creating and editing documents in Microsoft Word.
Desired Skills:
- Background as a recruiter or in the recruiting industry is a big plus.
- Background in the defense and intelligence market is a big plus.
This is a great position for someone who is looking to work from home but who possesses solid professional skills. We are looking for someone who is relentless in their ability and willingness to call and email making personal introductions.
The majority of the pay for this position is commission-based. Position will start as a 1099 contractor but full-time positions and company equity packages available for consistent performers.
Prefer someone local to the Washington / Baltimore region.
